Beautiful Central 7 persons apartment

Positive: Wir haben die Wohnung für eine Nacht gebucht. Als wir eine Stunde später vor dem Haus standen, kam die Nachricht, dass die Wohnung nicht mehr verfügbar ist. Das geht gar nicht.

Would not recommend - dirty bed linen and hosts uncontactable Positive: The apartment is a nice size, bright and airy and in a great location Negative: The hosts are uncontactable at any point in the day. They will also charge you to call them if you have an emergency out of hours. We arrived late and there was no bed linens or towels, this is a service you are charged extra for. We couldn't get through to them the next day (emailed twice and called 10+ times), so had to contact booking.com who managed to get in contact with the hosts to ask about the bedding. We got the bedding sent to us that evening and most of it was soiled with mould or other stains. There was also not enough bedding provided for the number of beds. We attempted to call again to rectify this and could not get through again, so had to resort to calling booking.com again. They could also not get through. We were then advised to send photos of the issue to booking.com. they then offered us a full refund and to leave and find alternative accomodation, but this was 11 o'clock at night and we had small children travelling with us. This left us no choice but to stay and sleep on unsanitary beds without clean linen. It is disappointing as the apartment is very nice but to charge extra for bed linen and not provide it is unacceptable. It is a basic requirement to have clean bed linens when travelling. The issue could have been easily rectified but it was not so it was a very disappointing stay.

It was terrible experience frist the made me pay after paying the start standing me alot of messages Negative: The host should fix his door.and should check properly before threatening and accusing his guests .also u should put his rules frist before collecting payment and after payment he brings out rule if u don't agree with ur moneynis not refundable.it feels like scam to me

Nu am nici o descriere mai bine nu mai comentez doar ca patronul nu știe să își respectă clienți Negative: Am stat doar două nopți și am plecat pentru ca pe booking zice ca parcarea e gratuită și când am ajuns mi-a zis ca trebuie să plătesc și nu mi-a convenit să plătesc parcarea zi de zi și de asta am ales să plec patronul de la casă nu răspunde la telefon mi-a zis dacă nu îmi convine să dau cancel la booking păi dacă dai cancel pierzi bani din start și așa am pierdut bani mi-a luat depozit îmi vreau depozitul inapoi

Plek prima, rest heeft veel aandacht nodig! Positive: De plek was prima, de instructies helder. Het internet deed op een gegeven moment niet meer en dat kwamen ze dezelfde dag nog herstellen. Negative: Het was smoezelig, servies was niet schoon, ik heb diverse zilvervisjes gezien in de douche en op de slaapkamer. De douche was raar ingericht, werd helemaal nat, douchegordijn sloot niet. Voegen waren her en der zwart. Lampen op plekken waar geen stopcontact zat.
