Expensive Money Deposit & No Linen
Positive: Book elsewhere and never reserve here again.
Negative: On August 13, 2025, less than 30 minutes after booking a two-night stay (about DKK 600), I received a message informing me that unless I paid an additional DKK 1,000 deposit (a condition hidden in the details), I would not receive instructions to access the apartment. I responded immediately, asking to cancel the reservation.
The host never responded to me or to calls or emails from Booking.com support. After the dates expired, the host wrote that the penalty was equal to the amount lost without the stay.
No refund, all money lost; this is the first time this has happened to me in many years of traveling.
